Email Address to Use When Completing Offers
« on: May 21, 2011, 07:55:42 pm »
I have several different email addresses.  I have my main one or my personal one, which is the one that I used to sign up for this site.  Then I have one for what I like to call "junk stuff".

When I complete these offers, do I have to use the email address that I used when I signed up for this site, or can I use another email address?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

I use a backup gmail account for offers, but if they don't credit I'll try again using my main one.

But you have had offers credit using your other/backup gmail email address correct?

I'd say like 8 times out of 10 they credit. If they don't, I wait a day or two and then try it with my other account.

I like having the extra account for offers that I don't trust 100%.

I do use my main email account for offers that I've read elsewhere are legit... offers like Toluna, SurveyHead, etc... but on an offer that I'm not sure about, or something that has an offer path, then I'll use the other account.

Always use the email addy attached to FC site for ANY surveys.

Always use unique and VALID email addys for all free offers.

Always use VALID and REAL info for all offers and surveys!

I only use my main email address for trials and for signing up to other survey sites. The other offers will send you tons of spam emails, so I have several other email addresses that I use for those, so my main email doesn't get swamped with spam. I find it helps for better crediting if you rotate through a few different email addresses, instead of doing all the offers with one address.

I never use the same e-mail address my family uses as our primary e-mail account (the one we give out to friends and family) for FC or ANY offers or survey sites connected with FC.

I set up a g-mail account with Google Chrome that I use strictly for FC and all sites connected to DC offers and surveys. A also use that g-mail address for other sites similar to FC that I chose to try.

Some members use their secondary e-mail address for FC and a THIRD e-mail address for offers and surveys they sign up for on FC. It's a matter of personal preference, but either way I wouldn't recommend you use your PRIMARY e-mail for FC or sponsors because of the large volume of spam-mail that inevitably will come in from the sponsors and the third-party sites to which those sponsors are linked. That's how they make money. Just use common sense and you'll be fine.

If you don't like the way you're set up with your e-mails, just change your e-mail address on your account page. FC has no problem with that.
