Having problems cant do my surveys

Is anyone elseout there having problems doing surveys? I try everyday and most daysit boots me off tells me im not qualified or they dont have a survey availible at this time.

The past two days I haven't qualified for any surveys, which is odd for me.  I usually end up completing two, nothing yesterday nor today :(
