salad w/out dressing

I never put dressing on my salad.  In fact, the only non-vegetables that go on my salad are chopped up almonds or boiled egg whites.

Most of the time I add dressing to my salads. When I do that I add my veggies in it and other healthy things. It is very difficult for me to eat salad without dressing it really gives me a choking sensation

the only way i don't eat dressing on my salad
is if i don't have any. i like to mix my own ranch
or once in awhile, get the raspberry vinaigrette
kind.

i've never tried olive oil as a dressing, but i've
heard that it's good...

I always eat salad with dressing on.
Even if I don't have any dressings in my fridge, I will make one or put salt on at least.

I tried that for awhile, but couldnt continue it. Without the dressing I began to not want to eat the salad at all.

WE use dressing on our salad, I have tried to cut down so we only use the right amount, and it cuts calories also.

Gotta have dressing on my salad. Unless it's fruit salad of course. Sometimes I'll make wilted spinich salad with bacon and the hot oil bacon drippings poured on it. Not real healthy, but man is it good....yumm

I always use dressing, but I don't use that much of it. I put a lot of veggies on my salad so I probably don't even need it, just habit I guess.

I totally agree, I can't even imagine eating it like that. I sounds like it would be a dry meal. I love ranch and honey mustard.
