Didn't work for me.  Just kept getting required Silver, Gold, & Platinum Offers.  It did give me a page that said thank you for completing the survey, now here are further offers (which required payment) for you to enjoy.  I was never credited.  Boo Hoo.  Will keep you posted if the credit arrives later.

I tried it but ended up at an optional offers page that had no way to "skip" or "pass."  So I didn't get credit for it as I wasn't going to click on any of the offers.
