cash out being cancelled
« on: June 14, 2011, 07:52:13 am »
My first cashout was cancelled and I would like to know why? I was to receive my first check this month and find out it has been cancelled and I would like to know why it was or is this just another gimmick website. I am sorry if this doesn't  sound nice but it is upsetting, that you can't trust Fushion cash.

Hello,

I can assure you this site is not a scam or gimmick.  I've cashed out 21 times and received my payment on time, every time.  Take a look at my banner, and others around the forum, and you'll see plenty of success stories.

Your cashout was probably canceled because of one of two reasons.  The first could be that an offer you completed was revoked.  This can happen if you have already completed the same offer sometime in the past.  It can be easy to forget if you signed up to receive a sample, or newsletter months or years ago from somewhere else.  Or, it could be you didn't fully follow an offer's instructions.  Example: the Nielsen Digital Voice offer requires the person to not uninstall it for at least 30 days, if I recall.  Uninstalling it before then would result in a revoke of credit.

The other reason could be an issue with a referral, if you got them.  Upon auditing their accounts, it may be found that your referral had already signed up for the site using an IP or physical address already used by someone else.  If this is the case, your credit for the referral will be revoked.  Check out the Terms of Service, specifically section I.A.i-vi for more on membership requirements.

In both the case of a revoke of credit, or revoke of referral bonus, when those amounts are deducted from you cashout amount and it brings it below the minimum cashout requirements (below $25.00 and/or below $15.00 in offers), your cashout will be canceled.  The remaining amount should be put back in your account and once you reach the minimum requirements to cashout again, you can do so.

If you have further questions and want a direct answer from staff, I would suggest opening up a support ticket.  Good luck.

I am waiting for my first cash out but I know that when review the info that it can be canceled for a couple of reasons.  But if the money comes back to you I am sure you can get it back to the orgional amount.  But I can understand that it can be disappointing.  Sorry to hear that it is not going well for your.

My first cashout was also cancelled.  I had one offer that was declined and put me below the $25 requirement.  It was a bummer as I had to wait another month.  However, I finally was able to cashout and received it the following month, no problems.  I am now waiting my third cashout.  I now request cashouts with at least a few dollars above the $25 requirement for wiggle room in case another offer is declined.

bessie, made an excellent suggestion.  I hope you won't let this discourage you.  It has never happened to me in all the cash out that I have done, but it certainly could.  That is part of what has allowed this site to endure for years when most of the others have not.  They can't pay out when an offer gets revoked or a referral is dishonest.  If you have questions, submit a support ticket and then be patient.  Sometimes they have to investigate.

I  had one cancelled til I sent them some identfication information.  Never did really fiqure out why they needed it and support just said I had to prove who I was.  Anyway, once I did that, they reinstated the payout.  SO, I guess contact support and then they can clear this up for you.  Good luck!

I am sorry that this happened to you.  I have cashed out seven times with no problem at all.  The best thing to do is to open a support ticket.  You will get a response.  And keep taking offers and posting.   Possibly you can cash out this month.  What does your account say?   How much do you have in it?  Look over your account.  What offers or referrals were denied?   It should be all there.    :dontknow:

I'm pretty sure that sometimes this happens if someone has a similar name to you or a similar address, etc. Pretty much to make sure that you didn't make an account at your house and then, let's say, make another one at your work to get double the money.

My first cashout is for July 20th - I have nearly two dollars above the minimum required - my "just in case" extra.....I am not anticipating any problems.  I have no referrals or anything so I don't have to worry about that.  It's just me and my offers....and exactly about seven dollars in bonuses.
End the suffering!  Get your cats - and all strays and ferals - spayed and neutered!
