I really enjoy reading the daily quotes in our cash emails.  I particularly liked this one today.  This should be a daily reminder of how we should strive to present ourselves, whether in public, in groups, in our family, in forums, etc.  Great advice!!  :)

I agree with you that it is a very good quote and I appreciate your pointing it out.  A lot of times I get busy & just open my email & click without taking time to stop and smell the roses as it were :)

I like the way you put that about "stop and smell the roses."  It brings back a memory of when my children were small.  My 2 sons used to want to help hang Avon books on the doors in the neighborhood. (They got a reward out of it!)  My oldest would run up there, hang it, and run back.  My youngest would amble up there, stopping to look at the flowers, pointing to a bird, etc., then hang the book making sure it was just right, then amble back to the car.  My oldest would get anxious and finally asked me one day why his brother took his time.  I told him that he was stopping to "smell the roses" and was enjoying God's creation of flowers and birds, instead of rushing through it and missing out on those things.

facebook has an app like that that give you your Horoscope daily quotes. Sometimes it tells different horoscope than your own.
