I am currently in a custody battle with my ex's father and step mother. I am not currently working but have come a long way since I lost them. I regret everything I ever did to get them taken and miss them more and more every day. The grandparents dont make it  any easier on me as they believe I should be punished and deserve to suffer. I have my own place, Ive completed everything on my case plan, Ive been drug free for over 2 years now and I never miss a visit or a call with my girls. I am filing for custody and would like some feed back on this. I believe there is no reason, besides that im not working, that i should not have my kids back. My Fiance is currently working a very GOOD job and I just have not had luck finding a job yet. I do not want to wait anymore so I am taking the steps to pursue custody. Thank you for letting me vent and would like to know what everyone thinks.
