I love ebay! I am a buyer and seller. Things I buy are material to make earrings and bracelets, video games,  and computer accesories. Things I sell are jewelry and video games.

I've never bought anything from Ebay till just a week ago, I bid on two coach purses and won them both, and i might say got a really good deal, my daughter did the same thing, her's was more newer than mine. I havn't really had a problem, I just wished that the shipping on some thing's was so high. Right now I'm looking at camera's, I need a good digtal at a good price.

The reason why I don't buy off of ebay is because I sometimes think that the sellers there aren't 100% legit with what they're selling. For instance I've heard several cases from friends who bought off of ebay and never recieved what was promised on the page of interest.  :sad1:

I've bought jewelry and collectible knives on ebay. I am going to try to sell my wedding gown soon, but I'm not sure how selling on ebay works yet.

I agree, Amazon does have great prices, but you can find bundle/combos on ebay that are real deal makers. Plus Ebay also has the auctions which are always fun.

I'm rebuilding a 1962 Evinrude outboard engine so getting parts is tricky. Craig's List and EBay help.

I have used ebay in the past. Not so much now. Met someone that used to make a full time living selling dollhouses there.

I have been buying and selling on Ebay for several years.  I just had a very bad experience.  I bought 2 refurbished ink cartridges for $30.  They only last 2 weeks.  Last year I bought a Lexmark printer.  I should have checked out that the cartridges for this printer cannot be refilled.  These were my errors.  I have been very happy with Ebay.

I have never used ebay to buy or sell.  I really don't feel that ebay can be trusted.

I USED to like ebay. I have been a member since 2001 and I have bought and sold many many things on there. Now it seems there are allot of really shady people on there both buying and selling so I am pretty much done with ebay.

I buy and sell on both ebay and etsy.
I like vintage stuff (kitchenware, houseware and such) so ebay and etsy are great places to find those things.
I'm getting cute art prints for my little girl's bedroom from etsy soon. I like to support indie artists
