there is a struggle to address the severe budget shortfalls, the assistance poor sick women and millions like them need for long-term care services will certainly be cut. But by how much? And how will our society deliver care to those who desperately need it but cannot afford it?  Imagine elderly with no kids or no spouses? As government's role shrinks, community groups and nonprofits will have to take on more responsibility as well. But some care requires skills beyond the ability of relatives and neighbors. How will it be funded in an era of budget constraints? :peace:

I don't think I have any kind of medical insurance at the moment. I had to pay for my high blood pressure medicine at Walmart for about $8 I hope I don't have to go to any hospital anytime soon. Otherwise, I have no way to cover the hospital expenses. I do work for a Union as a part-time courtesy clerk. My boss just never talk to me about my medical insurance. Its been a little over a year now and my boss still never talk to me about any medical insurance.

They also don't cover dental for existing medicaid holders unless you're pregnant or a child.
