American kids? I can't see future from them

I am not an american, here in the city I live, I can't see good future from the kids. they are so rude, not polite and they don't know etiquette.
Yesterday, I saw many black kids walking in the street, they are girls, they are like just come out from school. you know what, one girl wear her jeans like a boy, the belt is under her *bleep*, I saw many boys wear like that. I have never seen this kind of wearing in my country.Also, when they are walking, one car came, the driver drive very slowly, one girl saw the car came, he meant to walk in the front of the runing car. so the driver had to stop and put her fingers under her eyes means you girl should open your eyes and look around. then the driver left, the others girls start shoulting and insulting.like"*bleep* you, a piece of *bleep*...." this kind of bad words. I saw it is not the driver's fault. this is one thing. also some others things. I can't see good future from these kids. sigh I do not know how the teachers teach them.

There are a lot of kids like that out there, but also amongs them you will find the good ones. one thing a non american need to have in mind is that there is not a definition of respect in america in general especialy with kids. they are just help to be thier own boss, not to respect older people or whomever.

I take offense to this. I am a 25 year old American and grew up with as much respect as my parents could instill in me. I am a college student, with an Associates degree, pursuing a Bachelor's degree. So is that to say that I have no future? Should I drop out of college because YOU, a non-american, think that I grew up with no respect? Respect to you may be just nodding one's head and agreeing, but here in America, we don't take any crap from anyone, and if people like you think that this is "disrespectful", then it's obviously because you don't understand the American way. Kids and teens act the way they do because it's in their nature. Any psychologist will reaffirm this. Kids and teens tend to think of the world in their terms. I did when I was teen too. It's just the way their brains function at that point in time. But that doesn't mean they are disrespectful. If anything, YOU are the disrespectful one.

Please Please Do not group all Americans in this group you speak of...I am a parent of three kids who are far from what you described..Some parents American or not just should not have kids cause they themselves are messed up..And on another note it seems very wrong for you to group all American kids on what you seen..I see non American kids who act like idiots but I would never group them all as one..And clothes do not define who someone is..You should not be so judgmental..I am sure things you wear people do not like to each his own!

I didn't put all the americans in this group, I just saw this kind of thing which shocked my heart. of course, there are also some kids and teens act very good, polite and with manners. I don't know about other cities, I think other cities are better. I don't like the kids who meant to do somethig they know it is wrong and it is dangerous. I also saw kids meant to cross the road when the red light is on. so if you are the driver, what do you think of this kinds kids? you are happy they stand in front of your running car and you have to brake suddenly? no driver like that I think.
