I bake chicken with garlic salt as seaoning (or Italian) and serve it with a veggie and a salad... my hubby and I have iost more than 40lbs doing this and doing away with pasta, potatoes, rice and processed food.

Today for dinner we had pasta pizza.. spaghetti sauce with the meat in it, noodles, pepperonis,cheese.. went to walmart and got it in a box:) its amazing.

I bake chicken with BBQ sauce in the oven. Serve with real mashed potatoes and sweet corn on the cob. Since it's the 4th of July weekend many stores have chicken, meat, BBQ sauce and corn on the cob on sale.
