When you go into a hotel, they want the TP to be over and they even fold the corners in sometimes depending on where you stay. I have noticed that Left Handers usually end up putting the TP under white righties put it over. If you have cats you might want to put it under so that they dont unroll the whole roll while you are at work!

When I was yougner, I never had a preference. However, I like it over now. It is amazing of how little preferences like this change with time.

I hang it over the roll. Over is for over achievers and under is for under achievers.

Totally over! I am even teaching my 3-year-old (who LOVES to put the new roll on) that it has to go that way. LOL

I agree over the roll that way the kids can grab it when they go, otherwise they can't rach

I hang mine over. It comes out too fast if you hang it under. I just noticed that Charmin has a type of holder that you attach and less comes out at a time. I think that is what it's for.

For me Toilet Paper should be over. If it is under, it is sometimes hard to get the TP that sticks to the wall and makes it a pain to get.

Usually over but sometimes I like to switch it up just to drive other people crazy.

Over. My daughter always puts it on under but atleast she puts it on.
