I love milk! I drink around 16 oz a day but I also eat yogurt quite often and have cheese on something or in something almost every day. I don't think I could survive without dairy products. LOL

I love milk and if you had asked me this question several years ago , I would have replied that i always drink whole milk.  However in 2008, my husband suffered a heart attack and  one doctor suggested that he begin using skim milk.  The doctor suggested that we slowly change from whole to skim. At first we went from using whole milk to 2% milk, once we became used to the 2% we began consuming 1%, when you slowly change percentages in this way , it is barely noticeable.  Today our family only drinks skim milk and we still love Milk!

I wont drink milk unless its whole milk. for one thing a partial product causes free radicals in the body. and another reason is that low fat has more sugar and in diabetics sugar is fat and the whole product is safer. You just cut down. Have 2 glasses a week or even one a week. Then that amount of whole milk isnt going to hurt you. I suppose people still fall for the margerine talk as well. Fake fat is dangerous. That is a total scam. So people can be even more sick. Its to each his own though. However, checking out both sides of the story is the best as there are many cardiologists who know the truth. and to them keeping people sick for the sake of the pharmaco paycheck is not the reason they are docs.

I drink milk with something sweet like cookies and hot out of the oven brownies. YUM!!!

I love milk. If I drink cow milk though it is only skim milk. I drink more almond milk or soy. Dark chocolate almond is my favorite !

I am not a milk drinker.  Use it in cereal and with some cooking recipes. I get most of my calcium from cheese.
