Eliminate the Special Offers that are full

Is there a way to eliminate the special offers that come up that they are no longer taking any question because the survey is full, faster. I have noticed sometimes they are still in the special offers weeks after they have filled their quota.

I don't think that is possible. Why? Is your list 'cluttered?'
