I made it and it was good.

Well it was great.

And here is a good one my roomie made last night.

Ground turkey mushrooms fresh spinach leaves.
all fresh nothing from a can ingrediants.

then your choice a few more ingrediants as the point of this way of cooking is to pull out all the nutrition from the ingrediants while cooking it all together on low to medium.

cook the ground turkey first alone with your fav seasoning for 10 min first

then add fresh spinach and other fresh veg and continue cooking on low with your fresh veg ingrediants for 10 min.

then when done add your spagetti in the form of bows that is already cooked and rinsed to it and cook on low another 10 min

then top with your fav cheese

its a great turkey pasta meal and a full meal for ya in just 30 min.

of course if making it for more than 4 and you got more than a half pound of meat then make it 20 min on the first low to med cook of the meat.

have fun with it, it is good.

if liking horseradish fresh its great but must save it for your own serving as most wont like it that way.  :BangHead: and it will cause some head banging
cause horse radish is good for you like brussel sprouts and kale but some people dont like that and if you dont like it then you just dont have a pleasing taste of it so be careful before adding something great like horseradish when your feeding lots.
let that be something you add to your own.

:) That sounds yummy. I love trying new recipes, at leat 2 per month. I think I tried a recipe similar to this one a few months ago, and it was great. I love almost any kind of alfredo recipe, and zucchini is a very creative spin on the dish.

Yum, would LOVE to try this. Adding broccoli to it along with the Zucchini should be good.

Sending this to my spouse.
