I think you're getting bonus cash, in order to get your offer money to go up, you must complete offers such as surveys and what nots.

So, are you looking at the "Account Balance" box on the left side of your Account page? Look on the right side where it lists the offers you've completed and see if it (the offer you completed) is there. Your figures really don't make sense....if you have a current balance of $52.00 (including the $1.00 for the offer you just did), and your offer total is at $11.28, then that means you've received $40.72 in bonuses??? How did you manage that.....usually a person's offer total is higher than the bonus total (unless, of course they're only getting bonuses and not completing offers). Is this just for the current month? If you feel something is wrong with your balances, you should probably submit a support ticket so Admin can check on it for you.

I think you should send in a trouble ticket or contact admin, they will clear it up for you for sure

You're getting bonuses.  Not offer credit. Bonuses......those credit from referrals, contests.......stuff like that.
