We wouldn't be here if FC didn't pay as promised. I've got eight cash outs under my belt in eight months and I'm well on my way to my ninth. It's not that difficult to cash out every month if you are willing to put in a little time and effort each day. Check the banners of the higher level members if you have any lingering doubts. I joined in mid-March of 2011 and I'm doing quite well indeed. Having great fun doing it, I might add. Welcome to FC!

You have 180 days to cash out (from your first offer) before you start losing some of the money you have made. You do have to get $15 in offers though before you can cash out.
