Can someone please tell me how to connect paypal account to fc. Do I cashout first???

Click on "Account" in any FC window and then click on "Account Information"  -- left top of page.

Go down a bit on the page to find "Payment Information" and click on PAYPAL as your payment method.

If you already have a PAYPAL account and it is verified, just enter the email address that you are using for the PAYPAL account and submit.

If you do not have a PAYPAL account, go down a bit more for PAYPAL requirements and a link to set up a PAYPAL account.

It is not difficult to get an account (go for a Personal Acct first) nor to get it verified -- just takes a few days for verification -- tho you need a bank account to get it verified or a PP credit card (which has a fee for transfer so I don't do that.)
