My Canadian referral is having trouble registering to the site, please help!

According to them, every time they put in the security code and continue, they're taken back to the page that's asking them to put in the security code again. 

I realize that they maybe typing it wrong, but I've had this issue myself in the past with other sites and the security code was quite clear and easy to read.  I would then try coming back later and it would work.  Should I tell them this or is there a more definite answer that I can provide?

I believe that Fusion Cash is for US residents only at this time. I am not sure, but you may want to submit a support ticket to find out for sure though.

I believe it is open to Canadian residents.  It was US only initially.  Don't believe they switched back. 

Best advice is to contact Support.
