What time do you go to bed?

I usually head to bed a little before 11:30 and will read for half an hour or so.  Reading keeps my mind focused on one thing instead of the hundred things that are floating around in my head.

Depending on what time I have to get up affects my decision in what time to go to bed but i often call it a night around 12pm.

I like to be in bed by 10. My almost-11 year old has been staying up later, so I end up going to bed later. Now that my baby is born, I'm lucky to get to bed by 1 AM.

I'm 32 weeks pregnant -- going to bed with my son (4 yr old) at 8:30 or so is not uncommon right now, but I also wake up at 5:15 ...
what time you need to wake up usually makes just as much of an impact on the decision of what time I go to bed.

i like to be IN bed by midnight, but i usually read
or pop in a movie to doze off to. i'm a night owl
by nature, so unless i baby myself into bed somehow,
i'll never get there 

i have a MUCH more productive, less grumpy day
when i hit my midnight goal!

I put my kids to bed around 8 or so. My boyfriend and I were staying up until 11 or so to have some relaxing time together after the kids go to bed. Then he started working til 1 in the morning, so I got  used to waiting up for him to get home and then go to bed after he had something to eat and watched tv for a little while. With his new job he has to be up at 5am so he has been trying to get to bed much earlier, around 9 or 10. I am still trying to get used to the transition cause my body gets so used to sleeping at a certain time. Plus, once my kids go to bed is the time that I always get on FC and do some other things online because I work during the day a few days a week and even on the days I don't work, my kids keep me very busy during the day. 2 year old and 4 month old. So that is the only time I get to do my stuff.

I have been getting to bed between 10pm and 12am because of going to work in the morning. Otherwise i stay up past 3am.

I have to be at work at 6am, so that requires I be up at 4am which means iI go to bed around 8pm sometimes. There are nights that winding down is a little dificult and its after 10pm before I fall asleep.
