Not getting credit

I've done two survey's already, ssi and surveyhead, and didn't receive credit, I even left it opened for 15 minutes like I usually do, cleared cookies, did everything that I'm suppose to do but no credit, even after it said congrates.

All of us have experienced this from time to time. The failure to credit is largely beyond the control of FC. It happens. Could be a technical glitch with the sponsors' servers and the crediting software. Who knows? On the other hand, some days the surveys you complete will credit almost immediately with no problem at all.

Here is the best advice I can offer:

1. Attempt all seven daily surveys and exhaust all your chances
2. Try them again later in the day if you had no luck completing any of the seven the first time you tried. The sponsors of these do vary them and often you will get a completely different survey later in the day that you will qualify for and get approval for right away, regardless of your demographics.
3. Persistence is the key here. Keep at it and you will get approved for one or more on any given day. Some day are just better than others.
4. Keep in mind that you can attempt each of these surveys and get credited once every 24 hrs and the credit is going toward the $15 in offers you need to cash out, so these are a staple.

Good luck and hang in there. I already got credited for Surveyhead today but no luck at all on the other six. I'll try those six again later today if I have the time. I've often hit a new survey and been credited for another later in the day by doing this. Welcome to FC, by the way.

you could always put in a support ticket just so Fc is aware.

I did a survey today also and got no credit, and that's VERY rare. Sometimes, they don't credit until the next day. I'm hoping this is the case.

I'd LOVE to just qualify for a survey again.........  It has been soooooooo  looooooooong!
