If you cash out early before 30 days , can you get the money credited to your bank or pay pal or do you have to wait until the 30 day period is up?

Cashouts are done on the 20th of the month after you request cashout.  It doesn't matter if you cashed out "early". You'll just continue to grow your new balance   I always cash out the minute I hit $15.00 in offers, even if it's at the start of the month.
