twisted ankle

maybe i mentioned this once before but i twisted my ankle the other day..maybe like 3 weeks or so ago and it's still swollen. it doesnt hurt but it is still swollen and i can tell that it is swollen just by looking at it and it doesnt feel like the other. i heard that it will be swollen for a long time but my body seems to heal itself fast and i only had to deal with the pain for 1 1/2 days. oh man it hurt so bad if i put weight on the whole foot but now its fine and i can walk fine and without pain.

i sprained my ankle once and my granny
took gauze and soaked it in vinegar, then
wrapped it up for me. not sure if it was
to take down the swelling or pain relief?
my ankle definitely smelled funky for a
few days...

how'd did you break it? hope it's
better soon!

I fractured my foot last ye and it hasnt really been the same since.

my ankle is feeling a lot better now. it feels normal again. i totally forgot my twisted it until i went to the new replies to my posts.
