New to the game, however i am a big fan of rules. How else do you know how to play the game, unless you have rules. If your in doubt about what the rules are, take a moment and read them, and if you have any questions, ask the people who wrote them for clairfication.

That rule to me is a tricky one because sometimes when people do you wrong is it right for you to treat them right just because thats how you want to be treated even though they arent treating you the way you deserve to be treated?

I'd say the best thing to do in that situation is just to report the person, simple as that, no need for more conflict.
