Have to have my coffee..
A cup in the morning to wake me up.
A cup after dinner.. to relax me.
A cup later on to relax me some more.. this helps me to sleep...

Must have Splenda and creamer.  Love coffee.. but need the creamer and the sweetener.

Ohh... and my fav. Starbucks.. hmm.. Pumpkin right now, Peppermint at Christmas, Coconut or white chocolate mocha the other times.  Very rarely.. but my daughter works there.. so it is an excuse to go see her and have a coffee...

My coffee consumption is usually once a week on Friday nights at work.

Once cup - 3 splendas and lots of half and half.

The only other time I drink coffee is if I am tired and need a pick me up.
I am usually a tea drinker and drink a lot of tea all day long.

I used to always need sugar or cream added to my coffee but now I'm ok with taking it black. Although I do love my flavored creamers!
