Just stick to the other surveys that you know work

you could send them in a ticket saying that this survey is glitched and you just want them to fix it, not give you partial credit

I qualify for 50% of the surveys I click (it seems).  But I am not always credited for the surveys I complete.  That part can be real frustrating, but very exciting when I do qualify.

That is just the way the surveys work sometimes. Glitches do unfortunately happen as they can on anything that you maybe doing on the internet. You don't always qualify for every survey and you may not be credited for a survey, but if you do want to participate in surveys you take the bad with the good. The good being that many, many surveys do run smoothly without incident and they do credit and they can very helpful toward a cash out.

It's very seldom now that I don't get credit for a survey I've completed. I clear my cookies and cache before and after every survey and always get credited. If I don't then it's some technical difficulty or something. I did the Insurance offer and didn't get credit for, but read that others did. I just keep on going because the extra money is worth the few times of aggravation.

I did the insurance one too and never got credit.  That seems like a hit or miss offer.  Some people got credit and others not.
