You are either completely delusional or you are talking about being paid in Monopoly money. Even in large cities the rate rarely (if ever) goes above $25/hour. You also have to be insured, bonded, and registered.....are you?

Maybe I am! I want to look at working in for closure homes that are move-out move in or vaccant. Or Bank owned with people who where thrown out! The houses are a mess with horders that would be 6 hours for $300. I don't want to clean when people live there? I'm just getting started so I really need to get liability, taxes, and, a license.
