If you are having issues with a completed offer, you should only be contacting FC Support for information/assistance  

It is against FC Policy {Terms of Service} to contact the Advertiser directly - You Could Get BANNED     Or  Account Suspension  

Here are 2 Excerpts in FC's Terms of Service:
Disqualification
A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following cases:
He/she is determined by FusionCash, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship
with its advertisers.

Offer Completion
FusionCash is solely responsible for offer crediting. Please do not contact offer providers (advertisers) regarding offer credit.

well !! when i placed order on that website ,they provided me customer care number along with customer id and order id. it is about two weeks now. they did not send me any comfirmation email . thats why i called them up but they are not responding properly. i am only worried about my credit card information . i contacted FC but they still not answered me.
