different ways to make money
« on: September 12, 2011, 08:29:26 pm »
i feel for those who do the surveys and offers and especially the surveys that we should get paid something for sitting and i know this for a fact the you can get 3/4 threw these surveys and then they say sorry you don't qualify are you get all the way threw and they stay you completed it and don't get paid for it and another thing is we need some new offers you can only do then once and they never change its the same ones over and over  i hope you take these suggestions i would love to see any of them change

I am still relatively new here but I feel your pain. I was so thrilled when I finally decided to try one of the surveys and it credited for me like 2 days in a row. That was about a week ago and ever since I just keep going further and further in them only to be rejected. Maybe there is some kind of suggested waiting period before trying them again, but if there is, I have not come across it in anything I have read. So I just plug along doing the few things I can every day and see how it goes. Hope all are having a great day. Take care.

I understand your frustration, but the daily surveys are a key to cashing out because they give you a boost in the offers category. In order to cash out, you need $15 in offers, right? These can be completed once every 24 hrs. The DCE and PTC can too, but that's only $.17 a day. Videos give you $.01 to $.02 for each viewing.

On the other hand, the dailies range from $.50 to $1.00 when you are credited. You can increase your chance to qualify by clearing your history and cookies first and by exhausting all your chances for each sponsor. Also, come back to them again later in the day because the sponsors do vary them and you can often hit a winner if you are persistent. Demographics matter, but so do your interests and habits...and just plain luck.

Watch for the video surveys from Surveyhead. You never know when these will appear, but you will know one when you see one. You'll be watching and giving your opinion of a series of video commercials. They are usually quick to credit too. I love those.

I'm male, 64 yrs old and still qualified for one today:

SSI Daily Survey - 09/13/2011    2011-09-13    $0.55    Approved

If I can do it, so can you! Hang in there and try to keep a positive attitude!

I gave up on surveys.  I don't fit the demographics they want opinions from or do / buy the things they want opinions on.  I just stick to the ptc, e-mail, videos and forum here.  Oh and I try to score high enough on the game-of-the-month.

I do however participate in a few other sites and do freelance work.  It all adds up.

I am glad I read this because I was starting to feel the same way. I qualified for a few surveys and I was credited but that was almost a week ago and ever since then it seems like im just wasting my time. I feel like their is a lot of time spent qualifying for a survery to only make 0.55 o 0.60 cents and if your lucky you might get a $1.00, dont get me wrong I am grateful for the free money but it shouldnt take this much tme. Thats my thought for the day.

I've found out that trying the surveys is the only to increase my earnings because I don't have luck with referrals.

I never have luck with surveys. I try to be honest about my answer, and they reject me. I try to make up my answer, and they STILL reject me. NO matter what I say, I don't qualify for any survey, and it really really frustrates me. I don't know why companies state that they value our opinions, but make their qualifications so hard for us to pass. If you want our opinions, then you would want everyone to take your survey because you would be desperate for our opinion, but seems like you don't.

I can certainly see the merit in doing the surveys because of boosting offers for cashing out purposes however I don't waste my time on them because it is too rare for me to ever qualify that I truly find it a waste of my time that I have available to work on my earnings sites because I do other sites as well.  I don't mind not qualifyng because I no longer waste my time on them, now what I mind is joining netflix and then not getting the promised credit.  :bs:

thanks for your sympathy...I wish there was a way to take a profile right away and have only the ones that you can take show up so that you only waste like 5 minutes instead of an hour or so...
