favorite brand of laptop

I guess I would say Hp or Dell since I got good feedback on them from friends.

Acer is cheap and a good brand so far, but I prefer a Dell.

Well, I never owned a laptop but, I would go with HP, Compaq or Acer.

I'd have to say Apple too- they're just built better.  I've worked with Dell, HP, IBM/Lenovo, Acer, Compaq, and others and invariable something stupid will happen rendering the thing toast.

well  my first laptop was a toshiba its been a very good onejust dont let grandkids on them lol

My favorite is HP, and I also like Apple, Acer, because those two are good brands as well.

I have a Dell Laptop and I absolutly love it. It's great for home, work, and school. They are built to last and reliable. It was in my price range too. I ended up paying about $400 with the setup for me to do my school work on it. I have had many different brands, and I think this one surpasses all the other laptops I've had, for sure. They are also very helpful if you ever have any issues with your laptop. I would definitely recommend Dell laptops to anyone.

I've had decent past experience with Toshiba, but my current Acer has been working quite well. I would not recommend HP/Compaq.

I like Dell laptops. My work laptop is 6 years old and is still in great working order!

I have had pretty good luck with the Dell brand of laptops and currently am using a presario.

      I am going to buy an I-Pad2 at Walmart on lay-away because my Toshiba Laptop is too heavy to carry around and my Acer notebook which is light in weight does not take pictures.

out of all the laptops i have used the best brands that i have the best lucky with so far is toshiba and HB i haved used apple so far and it would crashed on me all the time and then i owned a few dells cause i heard they were a pretty good brand to go with and the hard drive and the three dells i had expect the time my ex boy friend step on my old dell and broke the screen by mistake and he broke that dell so i can not blame that dell on the brand of laptop i guess clumbsy men lol
