I've received all of my payments through paypal so far. It fast, safe, and easy. All you need to do is go to paypal.com and sign up for an account. You have to have a bank account though to actually get the money from your paypal account

First if you are going to be making money online get a premier account, then apply for a PayPal Debit Card which is free, then you can get your money from any ATM. I have had PayPal for like 10 years and love it. I have processed thousands of dollars through them with no problems that were not solved right away. Their support is great if you use it and don't break the rules.

I love paypal - been using it for years to pay for things from ebay and such, and finally linked my bank account to it once I started doing survey sites, since many allow cashouts through paypal.  It's faster and more convenient than waiting for a check in the mail - for things like this, there are no fees to get your money from fusion cash in paypal and then transfer it to your bank account - which generally only takes two to three days.  I have no idea how their - paypal's - atm card works, if there are fees involved - I'm happy with the bank account link.  Are they safe?  In all the time I've used them I've never once had a problem.
End the suffering!  Get your cats - and all strays and ferals - spayed and neutered!

I started out with a Personal Paypal account.  There are no fees on outgoing funds associated with this type account (as there is for the Premier account) but there are restrictions:  must have less than $400 in transactions each month and the total lifetime transaction amount is $2000.  (When I get that much, I'll be forced to move to a Premier acct.)

There will be fees on incoming funds for eithor type of account, unless the organization that is sending you funds has an agreement with PAYPAL to make mass payments.

PAYPAL has recently modified some of its rules, so take the time to review their requirements so you're not caught short with some of their rules.

You must have a bank account in order to become verified for the Personal account.  And you want to be verified so that you can withdrawn funds.

I have had no problems with PAYPAL since I started more than 3 years ago.
