some yellow, butternut, acorn, and grey zucchini this year
I mainly fry and bake it. Soups sometimes, for the butternut. And yellow/zucchini chopped up and stuck in just about anywhere else I can put it, when I remember
Definitely planting some spaghetti squash next year! Not that I've ever eaten it before, but it looks good in recipes
My family isn't crazy about it either, unless it's fried (egg wash and flour is mainly all we use, 'cause I'm lazy lol)
But popping it in the microwave is quicker and easier so my preferred method, and if they're too lazy to fix their own food, then that's what they get!
