okay how would you feel if your talking to your ex or someone you like and then this person kinda comes over there trying to bump into conversation and ruins the perfect moment.

Well, I would have to say if its an EX, then the person probably didn't think that you like them still (they are an EX remember) but, if its someone that you just liked, then I would politely tell the person, "excuse me, we are having a conversation over here".... Or just ask the person out, right in front of that other person....Just a thought.
