its not so much that you can prove to them any thing..they have to learn from trial and error..we all go through it but we all learn at some point and time.

Me too.  The only one that ever believed me was my Mom and she is also the only referal I ever had that stayed with it.  Everyone else, either couldn't find the time or because they didn't quite get it didn't stay with it long enough to cash out.  So I gave up on referrals.
