Usually just put on my headphones and go on a nice long run.

I get stressed out very easily.  I have found a new and weird hobby for taking stress away.  Please don't laugh.  lol.....I edge my grass with a pair of sizzors. Oddly enough, my grass turned out really good and it didn't take me that long.  I also trimmed my bushes with the same pair of sizzors.    ;D

I meditate

Wouldn't it work out better to persuade 'em to hit themselves with that brick by relentlessly overwhelming 'em with reason?
One can lead a horse to water however, if one holds the horse's head under, that horse will drown.

from a legal stand point yes....but wouldn't it be just a little bit satisfying to whack one or two once in awhile?

Possibly however, I've been advised on numerous occasions that my words alone can cause such 'injuries' ranging from headches, loss of 'faith', spontaneuous bleeding from the eye sockets, irreparable irrationality and maybe even hives.

The way that I deal with stress is by playing COT Conquest of Thrones all the fighting in the game helps me to relieve some of my stress. Or I just read a romance novel.

That would cause me to wonder why someone keeps bricks beside their bathtub, unless they were expecting to be screamed at in the bath.

A short time ago, I would just smoke. But I found a hobby--coin collecting. I suppose that anything that distracts someone is better than sitting there and being upset. I also like to clean and organize. :icon_rr:

I usually try to redirect my thoughts to dwell on positive things, like all the good that is in my life that I am thankful for, and before I know it the feeling of stress is greatly reduced if not completely removed.

To deal with stress I spend time in prayer and meditate on the word of God. It's a refreshing experience to hear the Holy Spirit speak peace into your heart and soul.
