I prefer seafood i cannot stand the smell, or slime of the vitamin. though the vitamin is healthy i enjoy my seafood platter, for my daily allowance
of nutrients for the body.

Seafood over vitamins any day!  Red Lobster has a terrific Shrimp Fest.  We ate there last Saturday for my husband's 54th birthday.  My daughter's treat!  It tasted even better!

Are you asking if we would rather eat seafood or take a daily pill for our fish oil/omega 3 needs?  I  would rather eat the seafood, but that isn't always option or have the money...so I take a pill twice a day.  I get the enteric coated kind so that I won't burp the fishy taste.

i live seafood as well lobster shrimp you name it its on my cooking to do lists..

I prefer to take a fish-oil capsule or two a day.  I get them from GNC and it's nice to just pop a capsule, be done with it and forget about it.

I much prefer seafood, but will make do with fish oil caps. I don't cook it at home as my hubby is allergic to all shell fish. So it is a treat when we go out.

Seafood over vitamins all the way. Although I ordered a taco salad at an unfamiliar resaurant, not tasty. Who knew that Tako was also Octopus?

I'd rather have seafood. Vitamins are that appealing to me, nor the best tasting, unless it's vitamin c. I agree with the other poster, natural is better.

I love seafood and I do take vitamins and minerals. Both ate sources of much needed natural nutrition.

I take vitamins usually. I like seafood once in awhile but it is too expensive for my budget but I would eat salmon and shrimp all the time if I could afford it.

I dont like most seafoods. nearly all really so I say yes to vitamins.
