Most vitamin tablets are a load of crap and serve to waste your money and darken your urine. The best way to get any nutrient is directly from the food.

I would prefer seafood instead of the fish oil pills.  I love scrimp, crab, lobster if I can afford it or salmon or tuna.

You would not believe the amount of supplements that I take daily!  AMONG OTHERS, I take 3 fish oil tablets to help fight my high cholesterol!  Not to mention the flax seed tablet and ALL the B's and C! 

I also order fish whenever I go to a restaurant!  No longer do I have the burger and fries!

Getting old sucks!

I'm not one that enjoys seafood.  So I'm going with vitamins.  I will however eat flax seeds which are high in Omega and I can sprinkle them on virtually anything.  I'll eat cod and tilapia but other than an occasional fish fillet from McDonald's I don't like the flavor of seafood.  And eating a fillet from McDonald's kinda defeats the purpose of eating healthy.
