I agree.  People can fake their behavior, but not what's in their eyes.  You can see someone's true nature in their eyes.

It is so fun to think someone is being so serious about something and then you see their "eyes" and see the twinkle and humor there.  It is like a secret joke!  LOL  I love watching people's eyes.  The old saying they are a window to the soul is so true!  When you aren't sure if someone is teasing, sincere, compassionate, serious or kind, no matter what they say or do -- look at their eyes!  I could never lie because my eyes would give me away.  Even if I am trying to shake off a hurt feeling and saying something like Oh no, I am fine . . . just look at my eyes.  Love of my life never misses anything with my eyes - happy sad etc.

well, some people show feelings through their eyes, but some people have dead looking eyes, so i think it depends on the person.

I think it depends on the person. I  show my feelings through my facial expressions and eyes but others I know are very hard to read. I can't fake how I feel even if I try. I am sad, mad , happy people will know even if I try to hide it.

I agree. I can see what and who a person is looking into their eyes. They definitely say it all.

Absolutely...and...right on.  I've noticed that a persons' eyes will "twinkle" if they know who they are and they are genuinely happy.

The eyes are a good way to tell someone's true feelings but some ppl knows how to play pretend.

I wonder about a couple comments made about eyes that are not expressive or hard to read  . . . maybe it is still a reflection of inside. . .I guess you would have to really know the person to know differently but I tend to think it still could be a reflection . . . sadness and pain can make one's eyes look flat

It is not just that alone. EYES do say something however look at actors. politicians. and so on and so on.
What really tells what you are about and what you beleive is the way you choose to live your life.
People can claim to be anything they want to and have the prettiest eyes in the world. But if they choose to
do evil things and cause evil things to happen to themselves and others that is what they are about. That does not
mean that they themselves are evil they just do evil things. In contrast People who do good things does not mean
they are necessarily good of themselves they just do good thing. Good and Evil are choices that we makee everyday
and those chocies determine where we end up at. Only GOD the creator and the individual theirself know what the
intentions are behind choices they make.
But just like actors people do and can pretend to be something they are not regardless of what their eyes
might or might not  be saying. Do people make mistakes. Why sure they do. Its difficult to prove intent even in
a courtroom full of lawyers and judges but they try to. So they have to go by actions. Have you seen anybody on trial
for doing good. Maybe in the court of public opinion ie News Media. But not in a juducial system. Thats why any kind of
morality has to begin on the inside. EYES do not tell the whole story. Sounds good that old saying. Its like the one
ignorance is bliss. How many people who lack knowledge are really all that happy. Usually they are mumbling and complaining
about the lot they have ended up with in their life by looking at how well educated people are doing. When it was their choice
not to further their education and stay ignorant. This saying should be more looked at than a lot of old false proverbs. Made up that sound good to the ear that people run with without examing it..........Here it is.............
