Tweeting
« on: October 21, 2011, 11:30:10 am »
I tweet on the computer, not on my cell phone. Mainly because I can't afford to use up my minutes. But I really don't get the tweeting thing. Who cares if I went to the bathroom, or ate dinner nude. What is the purpose of tweeting, really I mean.  Oh yes don't fry bacon in the nude. That can be an awakening. Tweet for now.

I like following on Twitter better than tweeting for myself.  I have several really interesting people that I follow who give out worthwhile information in their tweets such as Tony Robbins.

I never liked twitter.  Not enough character space and hard to have a conversation on it.  Mostly just shprt, emotional outbursts and other things that seem to get people in trouble and debase the language.  Just my 2 cents.

I don't have a Twitter account; I've never really gotten into the tweeting hype.

I like it, it can be really useful sometimes for up to the minute information.

For example, last year there was a problem with Avast Anti-Virus in that it was flagging every site as malicious. When my husband woke up and launched Firefox, Avast immediately popped up even though his homepage was set to Google. No matter what site we tried to get to, we got an anti-virus popup.

Thankfully I launched TweetDeck and did a search for Avast, and came back with hundreds of matches saying it was an Avast definition problem and it would be fixed in a few hours.

If it wasn't for Twitter, we would have thought it was our computer that was infected.

Well I don't tell everyone my business on twitter or fb, I just state my opinions about whatever is "trending".  I like Twitter better than FB but I try not to get attached to either because theres going to be a new site coming along soon that will take the place of twitter and fb.

I have never tried twiter and dont really plan on it. I hardly get on facebook and that seems to be pretty much the same thing. But it is always the same people posting what they are doing every 5 minutes.

I need to unfollow some people so I can actually keep up with mine.  I have managed to follow some people who tweet non-stop about stuff I have no interest in.

I read more than tweet and I love keeping up with people I am interested in.
