my cousin has had it; there are times of relief.
**********************
research these items:
(*) Doug Kaufmann's health show know the cause if you prefer to talk to someone who knows and is knowledgeable.
(*) look for natural remedies.
(*) a probiotic - Acidophilus/Bifidophilus [ good bacteria for the colon] wouldn't hurt and might even smooth things out.
Good luck.

My brother-in-law has suffered from Chrohns Disease for many year now.  He definitely has to watch what he eats.  Nuts and shellfish really sets him off to the hospital.  He's had several surgeries to remove parts of his colon where the Crohns has eaten through it.  My prayers for both of you.  This is a disease that you are hearing more about now days.
Have a wonderful day!
