I new to the site but I believe I read that you cannot post links. However I tried the recipe and it was great. Did anyone else read that you cannot post links? I'm not sure i may be wrong.

Thanks for the post.  It does sound really good and not TOO high in calories for dinner.  My hubby and I are struggling to get some weight off.  I am very short so every pound shows!  I could really only loose 20 pounds but if I can get 15 off I will be VERY happy and feel much better.  Thanks for the link to the recipe ... I will try this.

I think the rule is that you can't post links to anything that would personally benefit you, such as a referral link or a site you own.  If you feel the need to post a link, it's probably best to get it approved through support first rather than being sorry and banned later.
