I was wondering if anyone has ever completed one of the offers and not gotten paid for it?  I have had that happen a few times to me. The most recent was this morning. The offer was to download a free game and get .30. I downloaded the game but never got the .30.  I was wondering if I am the only one that is having this problem. thanks.

Unfortunately, this is a common issue especially with those game downloads. Make sure to clear you cookies before completing offers and read all the instructions. There is a discussion about this in the support forum now, check it out for more info.

It may be one of those that takes a few days/weeks to post.  I haven't tried to download it so I don't know for sure.

I'm still waiting for my .30 for the game download too. Looks like this one is not going to credit. Don't worry though they are not all like this. Most of them do credit.

Also, sometimes it can be due to the browser you are using.  As a Mac owner, there are many things I can't do without the Windows operating system.

Yeah that happens too much! but theres also the possiblity of "instant credit" being delayed, as I have recieved credit later on after completing before, but sometimes it just doesnt credit.
Also you can try to re-do the ones that don't work with a different web browser, sometimes that can work.
What I did is i just remembered/marked the offers that never credited and did all the free no CC offers I could while passing through the non crediting ones and just leaving them alone.
As for the $0.30 for the "FreeRide" games, I did recieve credit, but it took about 10-15 minutes after i PLAYED a game on it. I chose Family Fued as the game to download and after playing it got the credit, so maybe try playing a game? hope it works for ya

I've had that problem with a few offers, but the game download paid me $.30 right away. I have the most luck with offers being approved on this site than any other one I've joined.

I have had the same problem.
Joined Winster...  No payment.
Thought I didn't do it correctly...
Signed up again... Still nothing!!!
Contacted customer support and they told me...
That I could be termed. Why?
Because I did it twice.  ??
I explained it didn't work the first time.. So I tried again...
Nope.

So with that said.. I won't do those any longer.
Sick of not getting credit.
I will stick to what works on this site.

Yes I had it just happened to me but they have up to 30 days so I will keep checking for it after that I will send a support ticket and a copy of  my confirmation email. You can do the same.

well as of 3/3/2012, I still have NOT been compensated for this offer. in the rules it does say this may happen from time to time, so every once in a while it's OK with me as long as it don't get out of control
