Yes I did the neilson offer and it credited and still working as far as I know.  You have t keep it on your computer for at least 3 months before uninstalling it or then money will be taken back it states that in the requirements.  I haven't uninstalled it and its been about 6 or 7 months now and I just won $10 from a drawing from them.  You need to make sure that you filled out all info required from them and also you need to check email for confirmation.

When I installed it, I got credit immediately. You have to keep the software installed for over 30 days in order to keep the credit for it. It says that when you are signing up for it. I actually really like this company. They send me surveys worth cash every once in awhile and as soon as I'm done with the survey they mail me a $5 check.
