they pay you $3 for making 30 contributable posts a month.  meaning you cant just go through posting smilies on every post you see and count that among the 30.  you have to actually have something to say about the subject.  its best to actually post a few over 30 so you have more to choose from when cashing out for the bonus.  after you have your 30 posts, just click "are you getting paid to post?"  it will take you to another page that explains how to click for your bonus.  good luck!
