how late do u go to bed and why?

It varies for me. I always go through a period where I'll sleep at night then be up during the day and then I'll sleep during the day and be up at night. But I'm a nocturnal person by nature.

Usually between 11:30 and 12:00. I rarely have to get up before 7:00 am.

I usually go around 8pm because I get up at 5am, I cant seem to make it past that anymore UGH

I really don't have a set time I go to bed.  Usually when ever I get sleepy I go lay down.  Sometimes that doesn't work and I am up again till when ever.

I usually stay up until 11:30-seems like I get a burst of engery at night-get sleepy about 9 but then wake up and don't hit the hay until 11:30 sometimes midnight

Late?  I go to bed until 2 or 3 in the morning.  Reason?  I work 12 hour shift and cant sleep on my nite off. but i try to sleep most  of the day depending on baby sitting.  i kind of work almost 24 hr shift.  seems like it.

I'm usually in bed by 9:00 PM EST.  I get up at 7:00 AM EST.

I go to bed after 2am on my nite off. I like  working nite shift s thats why my sleeping hrs are mixed up

Back when I was working I would get up early and go to work if I couldn't get a night shift.  I have never been a morning or day person and even if I try to change my schedule I always revert back to staying up late.  I usually go to bed anywhere from 2:00 a.m. to later.  I just rather be up at night and sleep in the day, I don't know why I feel hidden or safe or something.  Weird but its me!

I go to bed when I get tired sometimes 8. It mainly depends on what I have been doing and how early I have to be up the next day.

Ususally 12-1a.m. and my son gets up early so I always hope for a quick nap sometime during the day!

Usually try not to go any later than 3am with most days sometime between 1am -3am. As for getting up in the morning it varies too much 8am-10:30am usually, sometimes a bit later if I feel too tired.

IT VARIES WITH ME BECAUSE SOMETIMES I GO TO BED AT 12:00 OR 1:00AM THE LATEST WAS 3:00AM.  I WAKE UP USUALLY AT 9:00AM.
