I think I figured out why I wasn't getting credited for my daily surveys lately

And that is because I wasn't clearing my cookies beforehand. Although Ive never cleared my cookies in 5 years of doing surveys so I never knew it was THAT big of a deal to do so?

I really don't think it can be considered a coincidence that the moment I cleared my cookies I started getting credited.

Has anyone ever been in my situation where you didnt get credit, cleared your cookies and wa la you started getting credited right away?

So to anyone out there who hasn't been getting credited, clear your cookies and see if it works. It's worth a shot anyway.

I dunno... I do all my surveys at work during my lunch break, so I clear cookies daily. I had a lot of problems months back with OTHER applications (like cut & paste) not working in spreadsheets, and apparently it is a cookie left by some survey programs that causes that (so the IT guy told me anyway).

Not sure what to say, but again, I clear mine daily and *usually* get credit.

I always make a point to clear mine before signing on but I haven't noticed it helping me.  For the last two or three days I haven't been getting credited for ANYTHING!  I've done all the free offers and all the CC offers I'm able to..so I dunno.

i just read something about that earlier, and when i cleared them i got a couple of my credits. but since then ive completed a couple of offers and still no credit. i guess you win some you lose some.

The easiest and fastest way if you don't know how to do it manually is to get CCleaner it works wonders.  I use it before I log in and after every offer and I rarely don't get credited for offers unless I just simply don't qualify.  I did have a lot of offers that would not credit before I started using it. It seems like its even helped more than manually clearing cookies and cache.. but it may just be coincidence.
