Without a doubt my Mom's homemade Mint chocolate chip brownies.  They are definition of heaven on earth.  Unfortunately she only makes them around the holidays so I guess I have that to look forward to.

As well as anything creamy.
Really anything htat's bad for you form a nutritional standpoint is totally excellent as a dessert.

I guess with only one choice I would have to go with Starbucks Hot Chocolate Ice Cream. I'm a huge dessert fan and could fill a whole page of desserts that I love and would not be happy living without.
