what's going on with my cashout for this month?
« on: November 26, 2011, 08:03:50 am »
I cashed out the end of last month. I set up direct deposit and was expecting payment since everything has been approved. The information showed I should of got my money by the 21st of this month. I didn't get it, and its being said that fushion cash  couldn't locate my account, but all the information I provided is correct, and the money was sent back to fushion cash. I dont understand this because I just got a deposit from another company onto my card with the exact information. I have put in 2 tickets and havent gotten a response back since the 22nd. Can anyone tell me whats going on and why it is taking so long to get a response back.

I can tell you what I would do, since you say the money is back in your Fusioncash account why not change from direct deposit to PayPal and cashout again? What you DO NOT want to do is let it wait long enough for the earnings to expire and lose your money. Six months can creep up on you.

........... I dont understand this because I just got a deposit from another company onto my card with the exact information..............

Are you doing a direct deposit into a Bank ACCOUNT or onto a Debit type card associated with a bank.

FC does direct deposits into a Bank Account.  You would have to direct your bank to transfer funds to the debit type card.  (I don't use those so I'm not really sure how they work.)

I also suggest you set up a PAYPAL account.  It may take you a week to complete the process of setting it up and getting verified, but it's worth the time and effort -- especially if you might expand your activity in the PTC, survey and GPT arena.

I know what you are talking about with the Pre-Paid cards. Most Pre-Paid cards are associated with a unique Account number. And also a routing number from whatever bank that is actually associated with card. I have used these also. Only thing is, some banks, companies, etc. do not allow deposits to cards like these. They call it a security measure. I guess because there are usually not stuff like Billing Addresses associated with pre-paids. Unless you fix your card up that way like I did. I just called the customer service and had all my info associated with the card. Because sometimes even when you try to make a purchase with some companies online and the card doesn't have a billing addresss associated with it, the purchase will actuallly go through and then later get denied.
But more than likely, it's not even a Fusion Cash thing.
It's probably that whatever bank Fusion Cash uses for their business transactions doesn't deposit into Pre-Paid accounts.
Not with FC, but once I tried to have a direct depost sent to a pre-paid and it was denied.
And I tried to have the same deposit send to a card I have called the Emerald Card from a well known Tax and banking company and it went through OK.
So I guess it's just the situation at hand. Who is sending the payment, who's receiving it etc..

Wait why are you sending it to a card?  Send it to your bank account or get a PayPal like everyone is saying. Or just get a check. Good luck next month!

Actually, I got my money today on my debit card. I get it put on my card because I get it the same day it is processed. Something was wrong with the systems the day my cashout was processed. I got my money the same day it was approved and sent. This is the reason I am getting it put on a card because i don't have to wait the extra days.

OldBuddy gave you some great advice.  Change your payment method to Paypal.  Paypal is the easiest and most convenient payment method.
