i was climbing down the ladder out side and didn't get hurt to bad but my back is killing me and got bruises on my back legs and butt so please be careful when doing out side work

Ugh, glad i'm not the only one in pain, messed up as that sounds lol. I ride a kick scooter around the city, and at night I hit a pothole, flipped over and bruised a couple ribs i'm sure. Can't cough, laugh, or pick up anything without experiencing immense pain.

Yikes!  Sorry to hear about your fall.  I am deathly afraid of falling off a ladder so I try to get someone else to climb it for me.
Plus I am afraid of heights too!  Even 3 feet off the ground.
