A support ticket should help, try signing out then clear your browser cache and sign back in before giving it another shot.

Submit a support ticket and the Fusion Cash Staff will help you ASAP! They are nice people and always are quick to respond and have always been able to help me with my problems!

I just sent for my first cashout, I was going to cancel and add the new cash hat posted yesterday, it said  "if you cancel your cashout, you will have to wait till january for cashout"

I would send in a support ticket as soon as posible to get your problem resolved. They should be able to help you.

Thats correct if you canceled your cashout today ( December 1st or any day in December) you would not be able to get your payment until on or around January 20th. If you wanted to get your payment on or around December 20th you should have clicked the "cashout" sometime in November. You have until 11:59 pm PST to click the "cashout" on the last day of the month to get your payment the following month.

If you had earnings expire before you canceled your cashout you will not get it back. You should make sure that is not the case.
